Dipped Oreo Truffles


Tonight's treat to take to a New Years' Party: EASY dipped Oreo Truffles

1 package Oreos, pulverized
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 package vanilla almond bark, melted into a double boiler

Pulverize Oreos in a Ziploc bag or food processor (I used my SlapChop) Mix Oreo crumbs in with a package of softened cream cheese. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls. Dip balls into warm melted chocolate in double boiler. Let cool on a sheet of foil or waxed paper.

Yield: 36 balls Time: 15 minutes

(Also delicious with Candy Cane Joe-Joes, dipped in Guittard mint chips)
